World Trade Center (Hammer Center) is a business complex in Moscow. It was built in 1980 according to the project of a team of architects - Mikhail Posokhin, Vladimir Kubasov and Petr Skokan.

The main viewpoints are located on the Novoarbatsky bridge, where the observer can see how the object interacts with the city skyline's dominants and Krasnopresnenskaya embankment along the path of pedestrians and cars and where the observer can see how the object is inscribed in the environment.

To preserve the holistic image of the hotel building for the main viewpoints, it was proposed to use a flood lighting technique. We wanted to deliver an emotional visual impact to the building through a dynamic illumination system capable of flood lighting the whole facade without interfering with the glazed spaces.

Contour dynamic lighting creates a mood and emphasizes the dynamics of the evening city. At night, turning off the general flood lighting is recommended, leaving only the contour lighting with passive dynamics.
